Guest Access:

The property is equipped with an electronic key pad door lock. Your code will be sent to you via email 72 hours in advance of your check-in date. Additionally, a property information booklet link will be emailed to you at confirmation of your reservation.

The Neighborhood:

Surrounded by beautiful Texas Hill Country hills (including legendary Packsaddle Mountain) and embraced by the Llano River and Colorado River arms of constant-level Lake LBJ, Kingsland boasts miles of Texas’ most sought-after lakefront property.

There are three popular state parks within easy driving distance:

Inks Lake State Park; Longhorn Cavern State Park; and Enchanted Rock State Natural Area

The famous “Slab” on the Llano River is one of the area’s favorite swimming holes, and Kingsland Community Park provides public access to the lake.

Getting Around:

A car is the preferred method of transportation in the Texas hill country and Kingsland.

Other Things to Note:

-- POLICIES --

- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am and are strictly enforced by the neighbors. Please be mindful of this and take into account that outdoor music is not allowed past 9pm, and outdoor noise should be brought to the minimum.

- No smoking

- Pets are allowed with written permission only. Any pets or animals brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $500 dollar fee. There is a maximum of two pets, and unfortunately cats are not allowed at all. The Pet Fee is $150 per pet.

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- The swimming pool: It can be heated at an extra cost. If you would like the pool heated please contact us and we will set it up. Please do not heat the pool on your own. Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the pool. Broken glass in the pool will result in extra fines. Please help us keep the water clean by rinsing off any sunscreen before entering the pool.
