Located in a quiet subdivision called Spanish Grant which is located at Bermuda Beach, Chateau Soleil is located at the end of the street with ample parking for four cars.  This home has amazing beach views from every room with windows from floor to ceiling.  The home also offers storm shutters for those who enjoy total darkness for sleeping late.  

Chateau Soleil has 5 bedrooms - two on the first floor with a jack and jill bath between, 2 masters on the 2nd floor with en suite bathrooms and a loft bedroom on the 3rd floor accessible from the 2nd master suite, great for kids, but suitable for adults too.  This home has sleeping for 14 people as follows, Master 1 has queen bed (sleeps 2) and full folding bed (sleeps 2), 2nd Master has king bed (sleeps 2), 3rd bedroom has queen bed (sleeps 2), fourth bedroom has queen bed (sleeps 2), and fifth loft area has a full over full bunk (sleeps 4). 

The kitchen is wonderful for entertaining, with plenty of room for moving around, stainless steel appliances, French door refrigerator, ice-maker, plenty of granite counter top, 2 huge islands, and an extra sink - Yes!  This is the kitchen for you foodies out there!  The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas.   Enjoy the numerous outside decks while you watch as the sun rises and fishermen cast their lines.  Take a nice long walk along Bermuda Beach, please do not enter the dunes!   Sorry, this home is not pet friendly.
