- Other Info: Boats can tie up short -term (1 week or less) at the boardwalk that runs behind the condos. For long term, we will help provide a space. Trailers can be left at the marina on short-term basis; for long term, we will provide a space. Marina is located in April Sound (a gated community). We have 2 boat ramps, marina is in walking distance of condo. Taking the boat from the marina to the condo by water is only 5 minutes. Many dining facilities within 10 minutes by boat from our condo - tie up and eat BBQ!
